This January, I am inviting a select group of 10 people to take the Taste Success journey with me.
Taste Success is a 12-week journey to better health and weight loss. During our time together you will receive:

You'll be able to discover great new recipes that you love, that are easy to use no matter what special dietary needs or restrictions you face.
When you sign up you will receive the menu and shopping list for the first two weeks of the program so you'll be ready to start on January 11th.
On January 11th, we will start the first of 6 group chats via zoom. During our meetings, we will go over the plan for the next two weeks, answer questions, give some tips and ideas, and talk about other health issues to help with weight loss.
Calls will be held every other Monday at 7 pm EST and will last 30 minutes. They will be recorded for those who have to miss a call.
As an additional bonus, You will also receive a link to my calendar so you can schedule a time to meet with me personally to talk about the simple ways you can make Taste Success fit your needs, family and any special dietary challenges.
